Dr. Colin Neil Gosine is not new to politics — he’s been shaping victories behind the scenes for over two decades. From managing landmark UNC wins in St. Joseph to serving on state boards and building a respected insurance firm, Neil brings real experience and deep civic passion to the table.
Armed with an MBA, a dual bachelor’s in business and mathematics, and decades of hands-on political strategy, he now steps forward with one goal: to give the people of Chaguanas West the bold, principled leadership they deserve.

Improved Infrastructure
We deserve reliable roads, drainage, and public facilities. I will fight to ensure our community sees long-overdue upgrades to transportation, utilities, and essential infrastructure.
Jobs & Entrepreneurship
I will champion small businesses and push for job creation initiatives that empower residents — especially our youth and working-class families — to build better lives with dignity.
Youth Empowerment Programs
Our young people are full of talent and potential. I will prioritize skills training, scholarships, digital learning hubs, and sports and cultural programs to keep them inspired and engaged.
Safer Communities
Everyone has a right to feel safe. I will work closely with law enforcement and community leaders to reduce crime, increase patrols, and support youth intervention strategies.
